how to improve your cardiovascular health

One of the most influential American Heart Associations in the United States, the medical association (AHA) on Tuesday released its most recent 2021 dietary recommendations “for improving cardiovascular health.”

This is the first time in more than 15 years that the AHA has updated its recommendations and, according to it, seeks to adapt them to current eating habits, marked by “the tendency, aggravated by the pandemic, to multiply options of fast food,  meal kits and pre-prepared foods “.

The new suggestions aim to make them more functional for everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions or cultural adaptations they wish to implement.
